Execution & Specialty

A person or group of people performing a specific task. Unlike the broader Delivery Team, a Task Team is focused on a specific discipline or package.

Example: The internal architectural design team, the structural engineering group, or a specialized curtain walling subcontractor.

BIM Manager Note: Each Task Team is responsible for maintaining its own Task Information Delivery Plan (TIDP), which details the specific deliverables and deadlines for their scope of work.
